Jason Slagle President

Coming from a background in Enterprise System Administration, Jason has a wealth of experience in Unix / Linux, Server Administration, Networking, and System Architecture. Jason enjoys building bike ramps, releasing CVEs, and drinking coffee.

Allen Rioux Chairman of the Board

Founder and Owner of CNWR, Allen has a proven background in technology companies, with skills in business development, customer relations and account management, as well as expertise in several technical areas.

Matt Clark Vice President of Operations

Brett Chittum Vice President of Sales

Results-oriented Revenue Leader with 30 years' of experience in all aspects of revenue generation with exceptional knowledge of business relations to consistently drive growth. Exceptional analytical dexterity and relationship building combined with proven ability to direct personnel, manage and coach talent, deliver effective revenue strategies, form strategic partnerships, and successfully implement and oversee complex projects. B.S., in Business Management with an emphasis on Marketing and Organizational behavior.

Brett has over 13 year's experience working for a Fortune 500 Logistics Company; He has served countless customers throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana in a variety of industries; Healthcare, Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, and Industrial Supplies. Brett is a natural Customer Advocate at heart and understands the criticality of addressing customer needs both quickly and effectively to develop and maintain strong business relationships. In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, and outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, hiking & backpacking.

Ken Moreno Sales Executive

Ken is an experienced professional with a robust background in Project Management and Sales, particularly within the Telecom, IT, and custom-made signs industries. Previous owner of Communication Design Group for 18 years, Ken has several years of hands-on experience with an understanding of business needs and budgetary responsibilities. He excels at delivering exceptional customer experiences and is passionate about developing solutions that meet clients' unique needs. His approach is driven by his personal understanding of the client perspective, having been a client himself. Ken's dedication is encapsulated by his motto, "early to rise and late to fall," reflecting his unwavering commitment to seeing projects through to completion. His relentless work ethic ensures that every project he undertakes is executed to the highest standard.

Heather Slagle Sales Executive

Heather, a dedicated professional with 18 years of experience as a pharmacist, has recently transitioned into a sales role at CNWR. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in customer service and client education, with previous experience serving long-term care facilities across seven states. Heather is enthusiastic about her new role, eager to apply her extensive skills in a fresh direction with a company she genuinely believes in. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on camping adventures and baking chocolate chip cookies.
